The site acquisition services cover all site pre-construction work including site search, site survey, lease agreement negotiation and building permit preparation. We make sure that all these works comply with the local regulations.

A site search for suitable locations and candidates is conducted according to the operator's requirements. On-site technical visits are carried out in order to gather all relevant site information including digital photos, antenna coverage, basic design guidelines and drawings. Lease agreements are negotiated with potential candidates. We also handle all the preparation works for building permits and related authorisations.

Tasc assumes full responsibility in managing the site acquisition process and in providing all necessary services in order to prepare and facilitate for the site construction phase.
